Postbank holds a long-term credit rating of BBB+, with a stable outlook, reaffirmed in October 2025 by the Bulgarian Credit Rating Agency (BCRA). Within just a few years, Postbank completed three successful acquisitions, integrating in record time first Alpha Bank — Branch Bulgaria, and then Piraeus Bank Bulgaria. In 2023, the acquisition of the commercial enterprise and operations of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, the Bulgarian branch of BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A., France, was successfully concluded.
