I. Organizer and General Conditions of the promotional campaign: Promotional Campaign "Christmas Wheel of Luck" ("Promotion") is organized and conducted by "Orchid Multi Complex - Varna" Ltd., UIC 148009056, with registered address: street "D. C. Rakovski № 92, floor 1, Sofia, Bulgaria. Participants in the promotion must comply with the conditions and regulations outlined below Terms of Promotion.
Terms will be made public and will be available throughout the period and duration of the promotion on the website of Grand Mall www.grandmall-varna.com.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or supplement the General Conditions, the changes take effect only after the disclosure on the website of the Grand Mall.
II. Eligibility: Any natural person over 18 (eighteen) years be able to participate in the Promotion.
Not allowed to participate organizers of "Orchid Multi Complex - Varna" Ltd., "Colliers IPM Bulgaria" Ltd., their employees and / or members of their families and their affiliates. Tenants having facilities for rent in Grand Mall, their employees and other persons directly or indirectly involved in promotions, are also not allowed to participate.
III. Eligibility: The Promotion is eligible for any individual on which the conditions specified in Section II, hereinafter participant, who must meet the following conditions:
Participation in the Promotion is by purchase a value of less than 20 (twenty) lewa, by any commercial site (including but not limited to shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas) in the Grand Mall. The amount of 20 leva must be a receipt.
Receipt must be submitted to the Information booth in the Grand Mall no later than 22.00 pm on 31.12.2011.
On receipt of a stamp or other mark, to mark the appropriate receipt, which is involved. Receipt is returned to the client. Marked receipt can not be reused for participation in the Promotion.
In the event industry with an award, the participant is granted the relevant award stand in that information or Retail.
Awards are given to participants eligible to participate in the promotion, based on valid, original receipts and receipts must be for purchases made in the Grand Mall in term of promotion. Receipts and scratch cards, which are illegible, distorted, altered, duplicated, forged, counterfeit and contain printing, typographical and other errors, including but not limited to, handling of receipts and / or scratch card is not allowed to participate and / or as a basis for obtaining a reward.
IV. Territorial scope of the promotion: The campaign is organized and conducted within the Grand Mall, Varna Street, "Andrei Sakharov" 2.
V. Promotion Period: The campaign started on 20.11.2011, and is held to 31.12.2011 within working hours of the Grand Mall.
VI. Termination of Promotion: The organizer has the inalienable right in its sole discretion to terminate the promotion at any time in the event that material abuse, violation of the general conditions of the campaign or force majeure. Termination of the promotion is announced on the website page of Grand Mall. In these cases the participants are not due compensation.
